Today I’m bringing you the power of 2 quick and easy recipes!

The second one is great for any gatherings. You friends, family, and co-workers will all find this dip delicious even if they aren’t on a diet. It’s especially fun for holidays, including St Patricks Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.  It’s also great just to have around to add some flavor without the guilt. You’ll see me pointing out lots of recipes in the future that I enjoy with this dip, I’ll make sure to come back and add those here. Now, let’s start with our ranch seasoning. It’s as easy as dump all the ingredients in a container and shake it up! Boom! You now have diet friendly ranch seasoning for any occasion. When you are using this seasoning, remember that this doesn’t have a bunch of powdered buttermilk or starch like the store-bought stuff, so you only need about a teaspoon for instead of 1-2 tablespoons of the (or about one packet) of the ranch dip you buy.

Ranch Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt you can use table salt instead
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.

Next, we will use our new secret weapon, the ranch seasoning, to mix up some delicious dip!  You want to buy 2 or more large avocados to get 2/3 cup of avocado for our recipe. I’ve included the cup measurement because avocados can vary in size a lot, especially throughout their season. So to help ensure you get a yummy dip, I suggest you measure it.

Place your avocado, Primal Mayo, ranch seasoning, and white vinegar in your food processor. It’s important to use the right kind of mayo if you want this recipe to be Paleo, Keto, or just healthy. If you aren’t concerned with that you can certainly use whatever mayo you prefer.  Simply blend your ingredients until your dip is nice as smooth. Sprinkle the chives on top and enjoy!

Avocado Ranch Dip

  • 2 large avocado about 2/3 cup
  • 1/2 cup primal avocado mayo
  • 1 tbsp ranch mix
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • chives optional


  1. Scoop out and measure your avocado.

  2. Place all ingredients, except for the chives, in a food processor, blend until creamy and smooth.

  3. Sprinkle chives on top and serve.
